Bushy Run - the battle fought during Pontiacs uprising. The battle played out between British forces led by Hen ry Bouquet and confused forces of Indian warriors from the tribes of Delaware, and Huron SzaunisĂłw. In July 1763, column 500 in w hich the British soldiers in the detachments comprised 42 and 77 mountain infantry regiment and a regiment of the royal army 60 soldiers, was sent to a mission in order to lift the siege of Fort Pitt. August 5, the British came across a large grouping of Indians near the city of Harrison City, Pennsylvania.
